Max Life Insurance Hiring Urgently For PAN India Locations r r We Are Looking For senior team leader – business development Candidates To Join Max Life Insurance r r Senior Sales Executive Responsibilities r r r Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue r Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling networking and customer referrals r Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly r Providing overall guidance to newly-recruited Sales Representatives r Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made potential and existing customers as well as sales employee performance evaluations r Assisting newly-recruited or less experienced Sales Representatives in answering technical questions posed by customers r Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective r Conducting in-depth research on competitors products pricing and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests r r r Senior Sales Executive Requirements r r r Bachelor s degree in business management or administration marketing communications or related field is preferred r Certified Sales Professional CSP accreditation is advantageous r Proven sales management experience r Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management CRM software r Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills r Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills r Outstanding organizational and leadership skills r Effective communication skills r Exceptional customer service skills r r r Note – We Don t Take Any Charges From Candidates r Beware Of Fruads Education Any GraduateIndustry Banking Insurance
