Job Description
In the role as Security Incharge / Security Supervisor & Emergency Response Manager, we are seeking a competent, experienced, self-driven and committed individual Ex-Serviceman. The ideal candidate will have military or law enforcement background, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in in security & emergency response management.
As Security & Emergency Response Manager, you will be reporting to the Senior Manager HSS in India and the following tasks would be a part of your job profile:
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the security of the company’s assets and personnel.
- Perform, facilitate or request Corporate Security or third- party providers (in-country) to conduct asset/project security risk assessment.
- Identify local vendors available for security and ER deliverables upon request.
- Timely address incidents or threats that may influence Risk to BA HSS and Corporate Security.
- Coordinate with Statkraft IT-Cyber Security on threat awareness and competence initiatives.
- Coordinate, facilitate and deliver competence and awareness initiatives (briefings, trainings, communications etc.).
- Prepare or review project & asset security plans & ensure availability of deployment of adequate security arrangements on site.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and address potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Advise country management on Duty of care gaps and risk mitigations following changes in Threat and Risk picture.
- Conduct office security assessment verification (Annually).
- Conduct Country Security and ER management verification (Annually).
- Update Country and office Security plan (Annually).
- Update Country ER plan (Annually).
- Coordinate, facilitate and deliver Tier 2 trainings.
- Identify in-country competence that can support on competence development ER functions.
- Business visitor travel risk management.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, including conducting investigations and coordinating with law enforcement and other relevant authorities as necessary.
- Stay up to date on security industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into security policies and practices as appropriate.
- Make use of incidents (internal/external) to maintain risk awareness among employees.
- Verification of private security companies’ performance.
Qualifications
We look for experienced personnel with the essential skills that includes:
- Minimum graduate & having a background in the Defense Services, CAPF or law enforcement, with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in security & emergency response management.
- Person having experience of Red cross, UN Field posting will be preferred.
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities, with the ability to quickly assess situations and respond appropriately.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to develop effective security solutions.
- Knowledge of security industry standards and best practices, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with security technologies such as CCTV, access control systems, and alarm systems

Salary: ₹23,727.00 – ₹39,357.00 per month
