Job Title: Business Research Analyst-Voice

Responsible for working as part of a team to support the UK/US clients in prospecting and building a pipeline of qualified leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives. The ideal candidate should be ambitious, self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and friendly with high energy, a willingness to learn and be creative. The primary focus of this role is to provide support to the B2B sales promotion teams that can operate effectively on a day to day basis.

Functional Area: B2B Promotion
Reporting to- Team Lead- BRA

KRA’S/ Job Responsibilities:

• Outbound Voice Process to international clients to obtain key information from targeted prospects to meet the qualified lead criteria.
• Research and target prospects using a variety of lead generation tools
• Accountable for the smooth flow of operations
• Abide by companies’ and clients Information Security policies.
• Prospect Database Development
• Internet Research-based calling and Verification
• List Management on MS Excel Sheet
• Maintaining and preparing activity reports

Required Skills Set:

• Excellent English communication
• Fresher with good English proficiency can be considerable.
• Prior experience in telemarketing & analytics will be an added advantage.
• Strong account management and relationship skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Positive and winning attitude
• Ability to do multi-task
• Quality focus, Improvise, Adapt and Deliver with accuracy,
• Basic MS Excel knowledge such as applying basic formulas, sorting data, filtering data, etc.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or an MBA. Technical background -Preferable.
• Min 6 months + Years of Call Center Experience (Preferable)
