Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth within the assigned region.
– Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, coaching, and training to ensure success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and decision-makers in the pharmaceutical industry.
– Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
– Track and report on sales performance, market share, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
– 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of success.
– Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
– Experience managing and leading a team of sales representatives.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
