– Achievement Of Sales Targets & Profitability Goals
– Providing An Annual Sales Plan In Addition To Quarter Updates, Revisions, And Modifications For The Plan
– Establishing Annual And Monthly Sales Objectives In Coordination With The Sales Plan – Build A Sales Team
– Maintain A High Level Of Product Knowledge And FMCG Sector
– Supervising Sales Representatives To Develop Customer Plans And Monitor Their Performance
– Maintain Current Knowledge Of Competitive Business Strategies And Product Pipeline And Incorporate Them Into The Sales Plan And Strategies
– Ensure The Effective Fulfillment Of Assigned Objectives And Deadlines
– Drive And Perform Other Duties As Assigned
– Proactive Participate In Team Efforts To Achieve Departmental And Company Goals
