Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Ranchi. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with customers, achieving sales targets, creating sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience required from paint industry only
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Experience in the paint or construction industry
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region

Relevant certifications or additional sales training would be a plus.
