Manager, Recruitment & Support (MRS) / Team Leader (TL)

The Role

MSM Unify is looking for a qualified, organized, passionate, and committed Manager – Recruitment & Support or a Team Leader to maintain & nurture existing, and develop new strong relationships with international education aspirants, their parents, student bodies ,etc. to help make MSM Unify the top platform in its space. MRS shall report to the B2C Head.

What You’ll Do

  • Establish and maintain positive, productive relationships with potential international education aspirants and their parents.
  • Ability to guide Associates, Student Recruitment (ASRs) in generating leads from individuals, various student bodies, parent bodies, tuition classes, etc.
  • Ability to train and up-skill ASRs.
  • Know and implement company offerings for improved promotion and business development
  • Meet 2-3 major clients (students and/or parents) a day and pitch them the offerings of B2C vertical Skillfully communicate with clients to identify their needs and provide potential solutions through the MSM Unify portal
  • Maintain excellent synergieswith tele-counselors and admissions team members for the timely query resolution.
  • Collect and share service feedback from the earned clients and thus create referrals for the new business.
  • Identify opportunities to get new clients while nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Organize a database of prospective clients with relevant client details and maintain the same for the earned clients with respect to their process life cycle Conduct regular follow ups with prospective clients.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Exercise sound judgment and maintain a high degree of confidentiality in all transactions
  • Monitor performance and guide ASRs to get desired results from the allocated market
  • Monitor market trends and suggest new client onboarding strategies to the upper management.
  • Innovate and track sales initiatives to attract new clients and build new business processes
  • Host small and large gatheringsin both informal and formal settings
  • Work independently with minimal supervision

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in marketing, business management, or similar field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in International Education/EdTech, Sales, or Marketing is preferable
  • Experience in identifying opportunities and challenges for business development
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (in English, Hindi, & local languages)
  • Good networking skills
  • Open to traveling
  • A strong grasp and understanding of edtech and pertinent tools, technology, and applications
  • Demonstrated ability to meet performance metrics and expectations, thus driving a significant increase in revenue through agent relationships and partnerships
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Good analytical and team management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
