Going on sales/customer calls to meet with customers and sell various products to them
Achieve targets set by the management for various business segments e.g. New Business, Persistency, SP
Activation, and Product Mix etc.
Establishing strengthening relationship with Branch head staff to gain mindshare for Life Insurance
Business.
Network and build your connections with both present and potential clients
Involvement in work site activities (putting up stalls and making presentations in corporate).
Working, engaging and connecting with customers along with Banks SP.
Ensure First Time Right for login of all the proposal forms and ensure adequate training is provided to branch
staff on the Ops process and work flows. Ensure discrepancies are removed for issuance of polices within the
prescribed TAT.
Drive effectively the Reward and recognition programs launched for the branch staff.
Train the branch staff regularly on all products
Bethe first point of contact for the customer to authenticate the concerns raised and validate with authorities
Exercise due diligence at the first level to prevent unauthorized/ fraudulent transactions
Ensure regulatory adherence and ethical practice
