Requirements 4 -7 Yrs Experience In Hardcore Sales ( Preferably EdTech) Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA
preferred.
Develop
and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve 3-4
district-level sales targets and objectives.
BDM
need to sell COE ( Centre of Excellence- AI & R&D) Lab of PHN
Provide regular reports and updates on
sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts to senior
management.
Prepare
and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to
prospective clients.
Negotiate
contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients to secure new business
and maximize profitability.
Track
and analyze sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to identify
areas for improvement and optimization.
Proven
track record of success in sales and business development roles,( B2B)
preferably in the (Edtech Sector)
Strong
understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and
techniques.
Excellent
Communication, Negotiation, And Presentation Skills.
Ability
to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Results-oriented
with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Self-motivated,
proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness
to travel within the assigned district and occasionally beyond
as required.
