The day-to-day tasks include managing and leading a team, implementing business strategies, monitoring financial performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Should be from motor insurance background.
• Experience in the relevant industry.
• Handle Relationship manager , Area Sales manager .
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Sales and marketing skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
