Big Opportunity: Business Development Manager.
Vacant Positions:
. 03 candidates- MICE Sales
· 03 candidates- FIT Package Sales & operations
Key Responsibilities for MICE Sales:
· Will be required to achieve targets based on realistic sales targets.
· Fair knowledge of Domestic & International products for MICE business.
· Required to travel to customer office or on-site locations for the liaison of meetings.
· Venue sourcing, proposal creation, and presentation.
· Venue liaison with the supplier and negotiation with the venue for the best rates.
· Contract and commission negotiation and finalization with the client & counterparts.
· Responsible for budget management, project planning, coordination, and execution.
· Management of the engagement of third-party suppliers and the DMC along with Ops.
· Must to have- Passion to travel.
Key Responsibilities for FIT Sales:
· Will be required to achieve targets based on realistic sales targets.
· Fair knowledge of Domestic & International products of FIT business.
· Cost proposal making & costing is a must to possess.
· Knowledge of Travel jargons like Hill Stations/ National Parks & Cruises.
· Knowledge of DMC/ Domestic.
· Required to travel to meet customer if need arises.
· Must have knowledge- Word/ Power point & MS Excel and Mail.
· Good communication skill is must. ( Travel Hospitality Spoken )
· Analytic & sales driven mind set is required.
· Punctual & presentable.
· Must to have- Passion to travel.
Desired Skills and Experience Required:
· The candidate must have a minimum of 1+ years of proven track record and experience in the meetings & event management industry and prior.
· Experience in arranging meetings/ events/ exhibitions.
· A minimum educational requirement of a Bachelors / Master’s degree in Any Domain (Travel & Tourism would be preferred.)
· Prior experience in the sales would be preferred with knowledge of Travel and Tourism
· Candidate must be presentable and have a pleasing personality.
· Fluent English-speaking candidates will be preferred for the role.
· Candidate must possess excellent analytic skills.
· Common sense & good negotiation skills are must.
· Must possess excellent interpersonal relations skills and be customer-focused.
Salary- Starting from 20000 to 80,000 + incentives + travel opportunities.
INCENTIVES Based on Sales as per terms and conditions set by the company.
