Researcher – Advanced Material & Characterization Group (On Contract)

Location: Jamshedpur

Tenure of Contract: 1 year

Minimum Qualification: M Tech/Ph.D. in Materials, Biomaterials, Medical Science or equivalent

Minimum Experience: 3-7 yrs (Experience on research on medical materials, Knowledge on characterization)

The Context / Purpose of the Job

• Research on development/improvement of medical materials namely Collagen/Gelatin, Hydroxyapatite, derivative products and other potential medical materials.
• Generating technical knowhow and process parameter optimization for medical material products
• Quality control for various applications of aforesaid medical materials
• Process parameter optimization in small-medium on various medical materilas
• Analysis of test results conducted at TSL and report generation
• Liaising with different agencies for detailed characterization of developed products and benchmarking.
• Technical patent/paper and report writing

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and execution of projects in the area of medical materials
• Lab scale and pilot-scale execution of research projects.
• Conduct experiments using advanced research equipment and analyse the data
• Synergy with NMB and other organization as and when required

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: ₹1,200,000.00 – ₹1,600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
