Researcher – Advanced Material & Characterization Group (On Contract)

Location: Jamshedpur

Tenure of Contract: 1 year

Minimum Qualification: MTech/Ph.D. in Materials, Biomaterials, Medical Science or equivalent

Minimum Experience: 3-7 yrs (Experience on research on medical materials, Knowledge on characterization)

The Context / Purpose of the Job

· Research on development/improvement of medical materials namely Collagen/Gelatin, Hydroxyapatite, derivative products and other potential medical materials.

· Generating technical knowhow and process parameter optimization for medical material products

· Quality control for various applications of aforesaid medical materials

· Process parameter optimization in small-medium on various medical materilas

· Analysis of test results conducted at TSL and report generation

· Liaising with different agencies for detailed characterization of developed products and benchmarking.

· Technical patent/paper and report writing

Key Responsibilities:

· Designing and execution of projects in the area of medical materials

· Lab scale and pilot-scale execution of research projects.

· Conduct experiments using advanced research equipment and analyse the data

· Synergy with NMB and other organization as and when required

6) In depth analysis of the existing process, idea generation, experimentation at different scales

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹3,000,000.00 – ₹4,000,000.00 per year
