Position: Territory Manager Banca | Life Insurance

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Insurance Business: Lead and enhance insurance sales through the Bancassurance channel to achieve revenue targets.
• Branch Management: Effectively oversee operations at bank branches partnered with channel partners to optimize business outcomes.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Engage daily with cluster heads and bank staff to ensure operational alignment and meet business goals.
• Support RM Performance: Provide guidance to Relationship Managers (RMs) to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of persistency and productivity.
• Recruitment and Training: Ensure quality recruitment within the designated territory. Conduct training sessions at bank branches, engage in high-net-worth client interactions, and conduct regular performance reviews with Sales Managers and Branch Managers.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Maintain various Management Information Systems (MIS) for tracking sales, organizing contests, and managing training initiatives for channel partners and internal teams.
• Issue Resolution and Support: Offer guidance to channel partners’ employees and internal RMs on submissions, policy issuance, and issue resolution.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Bank Cluster Heads to assess business performance and drive productivity.
• Sales Management: Monitor case sizes and product mix to ensure sales targets are achieved for both team and individual contributors.
• HR Coordination: Collaborate with HR on recruitment plans and support RMs in meeting career advancement goals.
• Process Adherence: Enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and sales processes, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Business Targets: Achieve New Business (NB) premium targets, activate RMs effectively, and maintain a balanced product mix to optimize revenue generation.
