Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve growth targets and meet revenue objectives within the direct vertical of prominent life insurance companies.
- Conduct joint sales calls to acquire new business and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to enhance performance in the designated area.
- Build and oversee an efficient distribution network to maximize sales efficiency and market penetration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and industry requirements within the team.
- Review customer documentation, investigate claims, and propose innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations teams to streamline processes and enhance overall sales effectiveness.
- Engage in meetings with HR and key decision-makers at corporate clients to understand their needs and foster business partnerships.
- Provide constructive feedback on sales team performance and support professional development initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the life insurance sector, focusing on direct sales.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Thorough understanding of life insurance products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting sales data to drive strategic decisions.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
