JOB TITLE: BRANCH HEAD-BANCA|LI Company Overview: We are currently recruiting for the role of Branch Head within leading life insurance companies specializing in Bancassurance (Banca).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Insurance Sales: Take charge of insurance sales through the Bancassurance channel, ensuring targets are met and strategic business objectives are achieved.
- Branch Operations Management: Efficiently manage operations at bank branches in collaboration with channel partners to enhance efficiency and deliver superior business outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly engage with cluster heads and bank personnel to align operations with overarching business goals and ensure smooth execution.
- Support Relationship Manager (RM) Performance: Provide strategic guidance and support to Relationship Managers (RMs) to help them meet sales targets, emphasizing persistency and productivity.
- Recruitment and Training: Oversee high-quality recruitment efforts in the assigned territory. Conduct comprehensive training sessions at bank branches, engage with high-net-worth clients, and conduct performance reviews with Sales Managers and Branch Managers for continuous improvement.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Utilize advanced Management Information Systems (MIS) to meticulously monitor sales metrics, coordinate contests, and manage effective training initiatives for both channel partners and internal teams.
- Issue Resolution and Support: Provide expert guidance to channel partners’ employees and internal RMs on various operational aspects such as submissions, policy issuance, and timely resolution of customer inquiries.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with Bank Cluster Heads to evaluate business performance, promote collaboration, and drive operational efficiencies.
- Sales Performance Oversight: Monitor case volumes and product mix to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets by both team members and individual contributors.
- HR Coordination: Collaborate closely with the HR department to strategically plan recruitment activities and provide crucial support to RMs in their professional development.
- Process Adherence: Maintain strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and sales processes to uphold operational standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Business Targets: Successfully achieve New Business (NB) premium targets, activate RMs effectively, and maintain a diversified product portfolio to maximize revenue opportunities.
