Responsibilities

• Leadership and Team Management:

• Provide mentorship and guidance to optimize team performance and foster high engagement levels.
• Business Development:
• Conduct joint sales calls to drive business acquisition and nurture strong client relationships.
• Strategize and execute sales and marketing plans to enhance performance across Bihar.
• Distribution Network Management:
• Establish and manage a robust distribution network to maximize sales efficiency and expand market presence.
• Compliance and Operational Excellence:
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Review customer documentation, investigate claims, and implement operational enhancements to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration and Process Improvement:
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations teams to streamline processes and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record in a managerial role within the life insurance sector, specializing in direct sales.
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of life insurance products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
