ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: –
- Franchise Channel appointment, development and service
- Primary and secondary target achievement of the state
- Monthly/ Quarterly Sales planning and forecasting
- Cost Management and optimization
- Month wise business forecasting, benchmarking the previous months and quarters
- Data & aligning with the Monthly/ Quarterly/Half Yearly/ Annual Operating Plan
- Allocate manpower in prospective potential areas
- Channel expansion
- Mentor, motivate and guide team members ensuring sales – business generation and achieving forecasted figures
- Training subordinates to develop requisite skills; conducting trainings on products, selling skills, lead prospecting and closing skills
- Compiling and analysing sales figure and presenting weekly/monthly reviews to senior management
- Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
MBA/ PGDM in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Candidates only from FMCG/ FMCD/ Lighting/ Mobile Accessories will only be considered & given preference. (Requesting the candidates not to apply if they are not from these background as their candidature will not be considered)
Candidate must understand & speak the local language.
Salary is as per industry norms and not a bar to the deserving candidates.
