The Precast Yard Head for Underground Metro will be responsible for managing and supervising the precast yard operations for the construction of an underground metro project. This role will involve overseeing the production and delivery of precast concrete elements and ensuring they meet the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the precast yard operations and ensure all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
• Oversee the production of precast concrete elements, ensuring that they meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of precast materials and supplies.
• Manage the precast yard workforce, including hiring and training staff, and ensuring that they have the necessary skills and tools to perform their job duties.
• Ensure that the precast yard facilities are properly maintained and in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement plans for continuous improvement in precast yard operations, including process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and quality control measures.
• Collaborate with other project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that precast concrete elements are properly integrated into the construction project.

Qualifications

B.E/B.Tech – Civil with 10 years of experience in underground metro projects.

Diploma Civil with 15 years of experience in underground metro projects.
