The Role

  • In this customer-centric Service Delivery Management role person will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service within a contractual framework.

  • Works to inspire and guide the team of experts to deliver high-quality and reliable services for the customer. Working closely with the latest systems, software products, and networked devices to align our solutions perfectly with our customers evolving business needs.

  • Deep knowledge of the services we provide paired with understanding of customer businesses, that will enable to propose and implement tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.

  • Person will be an integrated part of the customer account structure, fostering strong relationships with customers and collaborating closely with Client & Delivery Partner. Together, person should create an environment that promotes innovation, collaboration, and customer success. By owning the technical and managerial support for our field engineers, technicians, system administrators, subject matter experts, and product support personnel, person has to empower them to deliver, manage, maintain, and deploy IT services effectively.

  • When it comes to troubleshooting incidents, problems, changes, and escalations, person will be at the forefront, providing swift support to fix any issues that may arise in malfunctioning services, operations, software, or equipment. Desired expertise will be crucial in ensuring that the systems run smoothly, offering customers a seamless experience.

  • As a Service Delivery Management Lead, person will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with an exceptional team of Delivery Partners, Architects, and SREs (Site Reliability Engineers). Together, they will co-create, design, deploy, and maintain reliable, available, and future-proof systems and service. Desired innovative ideas and leadership skills will play a vital role in shaping the technological landscape of our organization and the industry as a whole.

Who You Are

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

  • 15+ years of experience leading delivery teams and quality services to customers

  • Technical background of Network or Server & Storage

  • Knowledge and exposure of Cloud technologies

  • Experience in leading teams through incident, problem and change management, as well as root cause analysis

  • Ability to partner with Client & Delivery Partner(s) and work with SREs/Architects to generate positive customer outcomes

  • AIOps hands-on knowledge, automation and innovation-oriented mindset

  • Well versed for direct and constant interaction with the customer

  • Has a wide experience in IT industry, especially in Services

  • Has a good understanding of key drivers of transformation such as Digital Transformation, Cloud, Security

  • Is autonomous, resilient, eager to invest and learn
