Position – Utility – Head

Grade – M4, Exp. – 12 yrs.

Qualification – B.Tech / B.E in any branch.

* Ensuring safety, 5S and other compliances as per Vedanta policy and guidelines.

• Zero Deviation on Compliances.

Exp in handling utilities in large Steel Org. like JSW Steel, Tata Steel , AMNS, Jindal Stainless etc

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To effectively lead the Operation & Maintenance team of utility in meeting customer requirements to ensure uninterrupted supply of fuel gases like Compressed Air, LPG, BF & LD Gas and water media Industrial water, Potable water, Effluent Treated water, & FF hydrant Water.
• Achieve the plant KPI’s, Implementation of Innovative and cost saving projects.
• Capital repair of BF & LD Gas Holders, Overhauling of Centrifugal compressors, CT Revamping, Dryer dessicant replacement, Fire hydrant line replacement, Pump’s overhauling, Thickener and Belt press revival and revival of all non-operational equipment’s
• Continuous improvement projects completion on time. Utilisation of BF Gas and LD Gas, Reduction of LPG & Compressed Air consumption, Reduction of Water consumption and Recovery of back wash line water.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹100,000.00 – ₹250,000.00 per month
