*Responsibilities of RM ( Relationship manager)*
▪️Attending live calls of guardians and teachers.
▪️Convincing and counselling the guardian with right information.
▪️Entering guardian data in CRM
▪️Creating leads and posting in whatsapp and Facebook groups.
▪️Taking updates from tutor regarding the status of the lead.
▪️Taking feedback from the guardian.
▪️Talking(chatting) to guardians and tutors in whatsapp third party software.
▪️Handling calling software and making notes of every call in the software etc.
▪️shortlisting profile from CRM then assigning the lead to tutor to talk to guardian
▪️Retargeting the guardians time to time.
*Note-* Personal laptop is compulsory.
1 weeks training will be given before the work starts.
