Job Role:
- Will Manage Commercial Bank LPU based at Chennai/Salem
- Will be responsible for Managing the team of LPU and ensure file process in TAT with quality.
- Will be managing recruiting / training LPU tea member in Tamilnadu/Kerala and Karanataka.
Responsible to manager support to stake holders for smooth processing of files disbursement.
Job Requirements:
- Exposure to policy and process / control function / retail assets file process
- Willingness to travel in Rural / Urban India
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Positive attitude & team player
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Analytical skills & Networking skills
Experience in LOS and core is preferable
