Sales & service engineer –Job Description
• Should have a strong techniqual understanding of products and customers business gleaned from deep industry knowledge, it is knowledge enables him to convey how our product features help customers solve their problems.
• Work closely with the customers to set up and maintain a succefull demo period, being available to answer questions and troubles shoot as needed.
• Should use their techniqual skills to explain the benefits of service to potential customers and to show how their products or services are better and can enhance their market.
• Providing pre-sales techniqual assistance and product education and supporting the after sales team.
• Plan and modify product/equipment configuration to meet customer needs
• Prepare and deliver techniqual presentation that explain products, servicing, and other techniqual aspects of the product.
• Work with the client to problems – solve through every hurdle during the sales process.
• Willingness to travel potential clients and devote long hours to challenging sales project.
• Provide information needed for the development of custom-made machinery
• Provide techniqual and non-techniqual support and services to client or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
• Help clients to solve problems with installed equipment.
• Liaison with machinery manufacturers in overseas and maintain good relationship with them and refer them to our customers for purchasing the specialized machinery.
• Search a prospective local machine manufactures to make a specialized patented product and sell them to our prospective.
Education qualification: bachelor’s in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical)
Techniqual skills: Good communication skill, Self-confidence, client relationship, sense of urgency, solution – oriented, good product knowledge.
Experience: 2-3yrs
