In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients over the phone, and providing sales support to our dynamic sales team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and qualify potential customers interested in solar solutions.
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels, including marketing campaigns, referrals, and inquiries.
- Provide information about our solar products and services, answer queries, and address customer concerns effectively.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team for client meetings and site visits.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Assist in organizing sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tele Caller, Customer Service Representative, or Sales Support Executive.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a pleasant and professional phone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a plus, but not required.
