Role Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Sales Manager for our Patna office, who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day sales operations. The Sales Manager will create and manage our sales strategies and maintain customer relations with clients. The role requires on-site attendance.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or any related field
• Experience in managing and leading a sales team
• Experience in the real estate industry, specifically in sales and marketing, preferred
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make strategic decisions
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers.
