Hiring right people at optimal cost and retaining long term
Manage end to end search engagements from inception of candidate contact to on boarding including research, engagement strategies, candidate experience, negotiations and close hand holding for smooth on boarding and Induction.
Talent Management Manage different disciplines of HR: on boarding, employee relations, standard operating procedures & HR policies, performance management and compensation and benefits Build strong employee relations and employee engagement practices. Build and manage successful retention initiatives. Manage HR policies and processes as well as process improvements. Draw out workflow/processes and collaborate with team to implement the same. HR Operations Responsible for all HR operations, leave and attendance. Monthly Payroll and statutory HR Metrics and reports. Qualifications: Graduate or MBA Relevant experience 2 – 5 years of experience in startups, NGOs’s , Industry Associations or Small and Midsize Organizations (SME)
