About the Role
* cute the vision by developing strong processes for strategy, people and operations for meeting business goals and Service Level Agreement (SLAs) from National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).
– Engage with Sector Skill Councils aggressively and constructively to enlist their support being a critical enabler to achieve business objectives.
– Develop and deliver on short-term and long-term goals.
– Identify skill development needs for the sector and match the demand with competency standards and qualifications to help business improvement by providing the appropriate skill development solutions to industry players.
– Support research on the current requirement of skill development in the industry, review the supply of skilled personnel, identify shortfall in numbers and skill sets, identify trends and future requirements and benchmark international practices.
– Help improve the training delivery system, plan, develop and update training modules and ensure Training to Trainers, Assessors, institutes and existing industry employees.
- Liaison with various NGOs in the city and set up formal tie-ups to enable volunteering at the NGOs.
- To Assist in NGO management, identifying credible organizations in the city, and in setting meetings.
- To Assist in Volunteer Management, in strategizing programs to identify new volunteers and communicate and connect existing volunteers
- Create accountability for the organizations given in charge of, keeping in regular touch with the organization, updating the volunteering requirements, and servicing the same through new and existing volunteers.
- Ensure efficient feedback from the volunteers and the organizations and make necessary changes in the strategies.
- Networking Continuously be involved in the mapping process of connecting the right resources
- Work towards strengthening networks, and partnership management, and ensuring efficient communication flow with everyone involved.
- Organize and facilitate periodic events when necessary.
- Plan and manage systems, create and organize database, and efficient documentation of the work.
· Masters Bachelors’ in any background
· 0-3 years of work experience in Admin and Management related field, Human
Resource, People management, Customer service and related.
· Experience in the NGO sector would be desirable.
· The job requires 60 percent in the field and 40 percent in the office. Therefore,
convenience in mobility would be essential.
· Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage a variety of activities concurrently.
· A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
· Ability to communicate technical issues effectively and persuasively.
· Fluency in English for day-to-day communications; knowledge of Hindi.
· Good documentation and basic knowledge of computers are required.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively, think analytically, and take initiative in solving problems.
· Demonstrated skills in fostering collaborative relationships across multiple
organizations.
