Deliver sales targets and ensure adherence to the Mandated Sales Process:
- Prepare monthly and annual action plans to achieve his/her goals
- Ensuring adherence by PFAs to the Sales process as mandated by the company
- Motivating and ensuring Revenue targets (as may be set from time to time) for the PFA are achieved
- Measurement and tracking of relevant metrics for PFAs
- Ensure that R&R schemes are communicated to understood by the PFAs in the team and used effectively to motivate and help the team perform
- Work towards achieving the target sales and product mix from the team of PFAs
- Track customer proposals through to conversion
Requirements
- Age 24-38 years
- Graduate(10+2+3)
- Presently working
- 2 years of field sales experience
- Staying in the same city for more than 2 years
- Good stability.
- Should be from a structured organization with proper documents & salary proof.
