6.Preparation of RFP/tender documents for consultancy works and EPC packages.

7. Preparation of technical queries against the proposals received for evaluation.

8.Preparation of cost benefit analysis of the proposed modification.

9. Preparation of Operating expenditures for all bid projects involving coal.

10. Reviewing the engineering progress of process plants and monitoring to avoid delays
