• Conduct consultative selling by pitching Jodo’s financial products to customers both in offline events and via telesales
• Build a long-term relationship with customers
• Demonstrate the ability to think on the feet and understand the customer’s pulse to pitch right
• Display the ability to take rejections and not let them affect the pitch to the next customer
• Think of ways to get new leads, try different approaches to pitching, and adding value to the firm in various ways apart from just the core responsibility
• Show persistence with customers while being pleasant and respectful; have the ability to engage and persuade
• Follow-up with the customers, taking ownership of every single lead and taking it to closure
• Understand customer concerns and relay them back to the product team to improve the product and application process
