Job Description for Draughtsman:

We are looking for a self-motivated draughtsman who can work alongside a number of specialists at our company. The draughtsman will form part of a multidisciplinary engineering team, and should be comfortable working at an adjustable table as well as a computer terminal. You will usually work at our offices, but will at times need to fulfill travel requirements and work on-site.

To be successful as a draftsman, you should stay up-to-date with new drafting software and advancements. An exceptional draftsman will demonstrate impeccable attention to detail and have sound knowledge of the discipline they draft for.

Job Responsibilities:

Ø Responsible for preparing technical drawings to be used in construction plans for various industries.

Ø Communicating with Engineers and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.

Ø Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.

Ø Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.

Ø Ability to work well in a team and on your own

Ø Draft technical details.

Ø Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures.

Ø Use Computer Aided Design and Drafting systems to prepare drawings.

Ø Create and store drawings electronically. Roles and Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidate should be from Civil Engineering background and shall have a Diploma or Bachelors degree. The candidate should be an expert in AutoCAD designing. AutoCAD draughtsman candidate without engineering degree can also apply.

Ø Well versed in designing Auto CAD drawings.

Ø Well versed with BOQ and Estimation.

Ø Knowledge of English Language is preferable.

Ø Knowledge of computer is essential.

Ø Pleasing personality and ready to work in team.

Location

Our office is located at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Projects are located at various locations in the state of Jharkhand. The candidate would be stationed at Jamshedpur.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
