Job Description for Quantity Surveyor (cum Site Engineer):

We are searching for a well-organized Site Engineer cum Quantity Surveyor, with great attention to detail to join our team. Day-to-day responsibilities include drawing up work schedules and budgets, delegating tasks, analyzing project specifications and finding cost-effective ways to meet them, and communicating with Team Leader, managers, and other engineers. You should be able to analyze data, write reports, and deliver presentations to various Clients. Should demonstrate sound knowledge of the relevant Engineering discipline and be able to anticipate problems.

Responsibilities:

· Should be well versed with the project details, drawings, timelines, quality norms, contractual norms etc.

· Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project

· Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities (if required)

· Monitor needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials etc.) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations

• Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that
• Observing existing processes, analyzing staff performance, and addressing deficiencies accordingly.
• Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing/ preparing monthly reports.
• Attending and scheduling meetings as required.
• Communicating with team lead, managers, engineers and the rest of the team.
• Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.
• Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets.

Qualifications:

· BE/ B. Tech- Civil

· 5+ years of experience

· Strong organizational & Management skills and should be able to tackle critical situations.

· Proficient in English, Hindi languages

· Preferably residing at Jharkhand or ready to relocate.

· Candidates with experience in Government projects are preferred

· Familiarity with construction/ project management software and good knowledge of MS Office

• Strong multitasking abilities.
• A sound understanding of safety protocols.
• Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
