Operation Head

Leading Sinter plant

Knowledge of the sintering Process & system.

Ensure production and productivity of the sinter plant are in line with the Business Plan and monthly plan

. Ensure sinter quality as per customer demand

. Ensure effective implementation of quality control plan

. Planning and execution of shutdown.

To ensure straightening and accuracy on physical verification

. Implementation of 5S across the sinter plant

. Coordination with the mechanical and electrical departments for the smooth operation of the plant.

Coordination with all stockholders for day-to-day plant operation. Optimization and Capacity Utilization of Equipment & Manpower

. Encourage and take up innovative ideas /projects for optimizing cost, and improving productivity and process

. Ensuring Safety, Health, Environmental control & Compliance as per the set standards.

Ensure an ethical and professional work culture.

Ensure compliance with all relevant/statutory provisions under the applicable acts.Desired Skills & Knowledge

: Knowledge of the sintering Process & system

Knowledge of various Raw Materials, value-added processes Knowledge of quality parameters of desired input materials and sinter

Knowledge of crushing, weigh scales, ID fans, blowers, and conveyors
