Qualification Bachelor s DegreeExperience 5-8yrs of experience in Retail Store ManagementAge Criteria Below 33Roles and ResponsibilitiesHold accountability for Store target achievement and P L responsibilityMonitor the daily operations at the store including customer experience escalations revenue and people related responsibilitiesIdeate execute and continuously work towards making the product and service experience better for our customers to ensure that the Store consistently exudes our brand experienceMonitor Inventory cycles and stock replenishment in coordinating with the Operations and Sourcing teamsTrack and analyze Store and Team member performances on a daily basis and execute measures to enhance performanceRecommend measures to the board for enhancing store profitability and efficiency through process and system improvementsLiaise with Sourcing Product Customer Service team to share feedback on products and process as and when neededEngage and motivate the team members towards target achievement customer centricity and better performanceWork with the Training Team on identifying training needs and work towards building a motivated team at the StoreRequires working on Saturdays SundaysDesired Skills and Functional ExperienceRetail Store management People management and Customer Interaction experience is mandatoryHigh Levels of Ownership and DriveGreat command of communication language English one vernacular at least – ability to hold conversations with customers on their dream home help them pick the right products understand their sense of aesthetics and guide them accordinglyHigh energy cheerful person ability to smile always despite the situation timeEmpathy for people and situations highly approachable personHonesty and transparency in communication show warmth in interactionsExtremely hard-working and committed to the cause values vision of the companyLove for beautiful homes and all things beautiful a love for aestheticsWillingness to learn rapidly Ability to consistently make things betterAbility to use technology effectively Ability to use apps tools to provide design catalog consultationTeam Management and Engagement skillsJob Type Full-timeSalary 50 000 00 – 55 000 00 per monthSchedule Day shiftAbility to commute relocate Ranchi Jharkhand Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s What is your age Education Bachelor s Required Experience total work 5 years Required Retail management 5 years Required Speak with the employer 91 918925509442
