1. Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
2. Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
3. Organize learning and development programs
4. Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner
5. Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
6. Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program
7. Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the corporate culture
8. Should have knowledge of salary preparation
9. knowledge of preparation PF and ESIC
10. Microsoft excel knowledge.
11. Knowledge of different type of Acts, CLRA, MW , EPFO, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity etc
12.Should have knowledge of preparation of invoices.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Payroll: 3 years (Required)
- HR: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:
- Professional in Human Resources® (Preferred)
