Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sales Head to lead our B2B sales operations in Patna, Bihar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the electrical manufacturing industry, specifically in LED, lighting, switching, and wiring products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales tactics.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience as a Sales Head or in a similar role within the electrical manufacturing industry.
- In-depth understanding of B2B sales processes and market dynamics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze and leverage sales data for strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Immediate availability is essential.
