Roles & responsibilities

o Dealer base expansion

o Order taking and execution from dealers

o Operating retail stores

o Experience of working in pre-defined PJP

o Site visits o Mason and engineers meets and engagements

o Dealer meets

o Road shows

o Execution of all outdoor signages

o Leading and manging ASO teams of distributors

Required Experience:

 Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in B2B & B2C sales and marketing preferably in the construction product segment like TMT, Cement and Paints etc.  Candidates with prior experience of working with reputed brands like TATA Tiscon, Dalmia Cements etc. will be given preference.  Candidates with good understanding of North- East Market for TMT and cement and the dealer networks will be preferred. Age:  Young and dynamic candidates will be preferred for this role. Maximum age of the candidate considered will be 30 years. He should have valid driving license and open for travelling 20 days in a month. Language Proficiency:  Candidates with proficiency of local languages will be given preference. Candidate should be proficient in at least one language of English/ Hindi.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹8,097.36 – ₹43,275.58 per month
