Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Jibasiya Industries LLP in Jamshedpur. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and policy implementation. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Proven experience in human resources management
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Knowledge of performance management systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
• Understanding of Attendance Management Software.
