Role Description

Janardan Nirman Pvt Limited is looking for a Safety Supervisor to join their team in Jamshedpur. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Safety Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all personnel and equipment on the job site. This includes conducting safety inspections, monitoring safety compliance, and providing safety training. The Safety Supervisor will also be responsible for developing and implementing safety policies and procedures, as well as investigating and reporting any safety incidents.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards: OSHA, NFPA, ANSI, etc.
• Knowledge of safety equipment and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literacy and familiarity with safety software
• Relevant safety certifications and qualifications
• Previous experience in a safety role

In addition to the above qualifications, any experience in construction, engineering, or a related field would be beneficial.
