Responsibilities include –

Mananging Feild staff and taking daily updates of the work daily and reporting it ton the superior.

Weekly inspection of the assests or incase of any breakdown of assests making sure to get it fixed in the least time.

work experience- the person should have basic knowlege of the industry and it’s operations.
