Job Title: Management Information System (MIS) Executive

Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and efficient MIS Executive to manage and analyze data related to our new school project. The role involves creating presentations, managing databases, and providing technical support to ensure our CEO and other stakeholders have accurate and timely information for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Collect, organize, and analyze data related to various aspects of the school project.

2.Develop and maintain databases and data systems necessary for project management and reporting.

3.Create insightful presentations and reports to assist the CEO in understanding the project’s progress and outcomes.

4.Liaise with different departments to gather data and understand their information needs.

5.Implement and oversee the effective usage of MIS tools and software within the organization.

6.Ensure data integrity and security, and comply with privacy laws and regulations.

7.Provide technical support and training to staff on MIS-related matters.

8.Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in MIS and educational technology.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field would be preferred.

2.2 years+ proven experience as an MIS executive or similar role.

3.Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, Google Sheets.

4.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

5.Experience in data analysis, reporting, and database management.

6.Knowledge of data privacy practices and laws.

Preferred:

1.Experience in an educational or school environment.

2.Familiarity with project management software.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: INR 1,80,000 to INR 2,40,000 per annum.
