Job Title: Executive Assistant to Director

Job Summary:
As the Executive Assistant to the School Founder, you will play a crucial role not only in regulatory compliance but also in supporting the founder in communication efforts, including the creation of compelling presentations. This position requires a versatile individual with a knack for creating engaging PowerPoint presentations, in addition to strong organizational and liaison skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for communication with statutory authorities.
2. Facilitate and coordinate the process of obtaining necessary NOCs (No Objection Certificates) for the establishment of a school.
3. Assist in the creation and preparation of compelling presentations for the founder.
4. Ensure that presentations are well-organized, visually appealing, and aligned with the founder’s objectives.
5. Attend meetings with the founder, take accurate and detailed minutes, and distribute them in a timely manner.
6. Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and information are available.
7. Manage the founder’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
8. Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the founder, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
9. Conduct research on various topics as assigned by the founder, providing summarized and organized information for decision-making.
10. Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for important documents and correspondence.
11. Prioritize tasks and projects to ensure deadlines are met and the founder’s time is optimized.
12. Anticipate needs and proactively address them to enhance efficiency.
13. Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
14. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient solutions.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in regulatory compliance and obtaining permits in the education sector.
3. Proficiency in creating visually appealing and effective PowerPoint presentations.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to 4,80,000 per annum.
