  1. FLEET MANAGEMENT – Ensuring Equipment are in smooth Operation. Coordinating with Maintenance team for expediting Breakdown problems.
  2. MANPOWER MANAGEMENT – Managing Operators/Helpers deployed for all Equipment. Arranging Manpower in case of absenteeism or shortfall.
  3. STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT – Coordinating with Internal Stakeholders to meet Site planning & expectations.
  4. MANAGING SUPERVISORS – Managing Supervisors deployed for Safety Checklist, TPI, Log sheets & Gate passes.
  5. Attendance – Follow up with to site & HO HR on a daily basis and make a cumulative report for a smooth salary distribution.
  6. MIS Operators Schedule, OT & Incentive records of Operators, driver & Helpers to HO.
  7. UTILITY MAINTENANCE ACTIVITYCoordination with maintenance team for maintenance of all utility vehicle which are running at Noamundi and Joda site.
  8. General Issues– Coordination with client for any type of issues related Noamundi & Joda.
  9. TRAILERS ENTRY/EXIT – Ensuring Trailers Checklist is carried out on time as per TSL norms for making Entry & Exit passes.
  10. CROSS VENDOR BD – Manage Cross hired Machines BD ensure to reflect the same in DRP & Mail to responsible team to resolve BD on time.
  11. SITE SUPPORT – Back-end Support to Team work of site related job.
  12. DATA – Provide Required data to HO for site related.

13. FUEL CONSUMPTION MIS – Maintaining Fuel Consumption Data Daily & Monthly

14.Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

  • Supervising and instructing the construction team .
  • Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and protocol.
  • Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of attendance.
  • Evaluating the performance of equipment employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
  • Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

Site In-Charge Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience working as a site in-charge.
  • Sound knowledge of Heavy Equipment Rental business .
  • Working knowledge of construction equipment..
  • Outstanding leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
