  • Position: IR Officer
  • Location: Jamshedpur
  • Qualification: Graduate/ LLB preferred and MBA/ PGDM (HRM)
  • Relevant Experience: 2- 6 years (Experience within the industry would be preferred)
  • CTC: 4.5 – 5L p.a
  • Competencies:

    • Excellent communication and people skill-well versed in labor laws and compliances
  • JD:

    • To administer ‘Contract Cell’ which includes: –

      • Maintaining the entry and exit system-roll rolls employees through an online portal
      • Verifying the payment of wages/bonus and submission of PF/ESIC, etc
      • Compliance with the statutes by the Vendor Partners
    • To be responsible for HR/IR-related Statutory Compliances
    • To assist in liaising with all the govt. agencies
    • To administer Disciplinary actions by Standing Order/Company Policies.
    • Collating and analyzing employee feedback across all levels regularly and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes
