We are looking for a dynamic professional who will spearhead the Public Relations department with deft for our renowned school ” Toppers Convent School ” Nawada .

Job responsibilities include:

– Facilitate smooth coordination between Management, Staff, Parents and students.
– Receive planners and curriculum material from support programs and ensure the availability of the same with the teachers and students.
– Give feedback received from teachers related to materials/planners.

– Formulate policies and procedures as per Management’s instructions

– Responsible for School academic, Admission, Fees Collection, School diary and news letters.

– Serves as staff coordinator for public relations and special events development for the school

– Monitor records of staff absences and extras allocated, and provide regular reports to the Advisory Committee and the leadership team.

– Assume responsibility for communication with staff on all matters related to school coordination and organisation.

– Maintenance and updating school website on a regular basis
– Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.

– Attending or setting up exhibitions and conferences.

Job Location: Nawada , Bihar.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month

• Morning shift

• Mahuli Petrol Pump, Nawada – 805110, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Academic: 1 year (Preferred)
• Public Relations Officer: 1 year (Preferred)
