Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience

We are looking for a committed counsellor for our Madhubani branch. The required skills and responsibilities are as follows:

Responsibilities:

1. Reach out to customer leads pan India by calling for jobs and admissions
2. Advance the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
3. Provide career counseling and career development sessions for students
4. Develop positive working relationships with faculty, administration, and co-workers to achieve desired goals.
5. Coordinate with academic teams to help students in making career choices based on their academic Interests.
6. Maintain a database of student academic records, qualifications and skills.
7. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
8. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Requirements:

1. English communication is a must
2. Graduate with 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in the education sector.
3. Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
4. Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
5. Time management and organizational skills
6. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Job Type: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Schedule: Day Shift (10am to 6pm)

Salary – Rs.15,000 – Rs.33,000 per month

Location – Madhubani, Bihar, India
