Location – Bihar /Odisha

Experience 2 to 3 years – Project Site engineer in EPC organization

Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor in Electrical Engineering/ Engineering Graduate

CTC Range 3.60Lpa (Salary is totally depending upon interview and experience base)

Responsibility

• Handling Quality issues of material observed at Site stores and sites
• Analyse Quality issues and provide solution to resolve issues
• Interact with Stores, SCM and site personnel and understand their requirements and provide support
• Interact with Vendor for material quality issues and get CAPA from them
• Audit site stores for Material handling, storage and preservation and help them improve the same
• Prepare manual for installation of products and impart training to site people about correct installation of products
• Provide training on correct material handling and storage practices to Stores people
• Carry out inward Inspection of Parts / products at Site store, inspection at local vendors, Witness Customer / 3rd party inspection at vendors
• Maintain log of all Site complaints and communicate to all concerned about actions taken for resolution of the same
• Conduct audits at Sites under installation and issue SOR, Support execution in closure of Internal as well as Client SORs
• Carry out evaluation of new / existing vendors as per requirements given by SCM personnel.
• Inspection of products reworked by vendor personnel at site
• Carry out improvements at Site stores and sites

Civil work-related Activities

• Help in Concrete design mix Validation process
• Carry out inward inspection of Cements, Sand and aggregates and review TCs where applicable
• Concrete Cube making, Curing, and testing, Concrete slump test etc.
• Conducting training on Civil related activities for other Site QA, Execution and Contractor people
• Carry out audits and improvements at Sites
• Ensure adherence to correct process being followed at sites as per defined SOP
