Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Administrator to join our team. The Technical Administrator will be responsible for requirement gathering, providing technical support, coordinating various activities, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have a background in computer engineering, strong coordination skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience in log tracking and basic troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to internal teams and end-users.
- Conducting information-gathering sessions with end users.
- Coordinate technical activities, including software installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to technical operations and support activities.
- Track and analyze logs to identify and resolve technical issues proactively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of technical procedures and best practices.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and problem-solving to resolve technical issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ Years of experience as a Technical Administrator, Technical Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with log tracking tools and techniques.
- Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and software systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
