Jharkhand Tourism Development Corporation Limited is seeking two highly skilled Senior Accountants to join our finance team at our Ranchi location. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a vital role in supporting and assisting the Manager of Finance in various financial tasks. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and data analysis. Responsibilities:

·       Collaborating closely with the Manager of Finance to execute financial activities efficiently.

·       Maintaining and updating financial records, including ledgers and journals.

·       Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance.

·       Assisting in the development and implementation of budgeting and forecasting procedures.

·       Analysing financial data to identify discrepancies and suggest corrective actions.

·       Ensuring adherence to accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.

·       Assisting with tax preparation and audits.

·       Participating in financial planning and analysis to support decision-making processes.

 

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

·       Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role for 7 to 9 years.

·       Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and data analysis.

·       Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office suite (especially Excel).

·       Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.

·       Good organizational and time management skills.

·       Effective communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language.
